Order Policy

PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency.
Order $200 or more and receive an extra 10% off of your total. You will not receive the discount amount until you reach this total in your cart. Each time you add an item you can continue shopping buy clicking on the continue shopping button on the bottom of the check out page. After  you have the correct amount in your cart you will receive the discount and then click on the go to payments button and select your preferred method of payment. That's it!

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY:
 Your Shopping Cart will automatically submit your order. You will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed, the order number, item(s) ordered, Amount, Billing & Shipping information. Print a copy & Mail this along with your check or money order. Your item(s) will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. If payment is made by Personal check, we will hold the item(s) for you for an additional 10 to 15 days after we receive your payment. Time for our bank to clear your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. Item(s) paid for by Money Order are shipped 3 business days after receipt. If you are paying by credit card, using our option for Pay Pal  payment service,  your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt. If paying by Credit Card just choose that option and follow the on screen directions. All approved transactions will be processed and shipped in 3 business days. If you would feel more secure submitting your order and credit card information over the phone you may call us Toll Free at 1-877-491-2935 (8:00 to 5:00 Central Standard Time Monday - Friday)

Missouri customers will be charged a 6.725% sales tax.

 

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Items will be shipped by USPS Mail. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

All USA shipments are sent in a gift box. 

If you would like to add shipping insurance you can add this option at the top of the check out page after you click on any of the Buy Me buttons. If you are buying more than one item wait until all of your items are in your cart then choose the option for insurance to calculate the amount for your entire contents of your order. If you are buying $200 or more you will see the 10% discount on the check out page when you reach that amount in your cart.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. However if you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering (please include the item number, example: BR 647 T) , &  email us at Southwest Gems before placing your order.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within (7) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) minus the 15% restocking fee if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. If your are exchanging an item or returning one that has been damaged check our Exchange & Damage Policy below. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

 

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

 

OUR DAMAGE & Exchange  POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering (please include the item number, example: BR 647 T) and please email us at Southwest Gems before placing your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within (7) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), (in the same condition as it was sent to you) we will exchange your item(s)  for an item(s) of equal or greater value of your choice avoiding the 15% restocking fee or if you are just returning your item for a refund we will issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
For our repair procedure, we give our customers 17 days after purchase to return items for repair at no charge and after 17 days, we do have to charge for the repair.  You need to contact us as soon as possible when there is something wrong with the item that was purchased from us, that way we are aware of the problem and can repair it at no charge if it was purchased within the 17 days.
